I recently stayed in a hotel located near the main tourist attractions. the room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a refrigerator and a small kitchen. the staff was friendly, and the hotel provided free daily breakfast and social hour with beer, soda, and snacks. I had a great stay with no complaints.
The parking spaces were a bit tight and limited, inconveniencing those with large vehicles.

It had a home feel to it as if it was your own apartment.

This hotel in the Hillcrest area of San Diego is a great find. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the standard amenities plus some unexpected niceties like a small kitchen. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

Location was great. Spacious rooms were nice.
Had issue with bathtub drain backup one night. It was nasty, but staff did move us to another room. Apparently a clog issue from another room affected us.

We were grandparents from Australia staying with 2 grandsons age 10 and 8 yrs. Our only problem was when I needed to cut some bread when we got in too late to eat out with the boys I cooked eggs but had no sharp knife in kitchen to slice the bread! Otherwise everything was fine and we would stay again

This hotel in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego really impressed us with its value for money. The prices were reasonable and we felt like we got a lot for what we paid. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. We especially loved the separate large king-sized bedroom and the private balcony, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. The location was also fantastic, allowing us easy access to all the major attractions in San Diego. And let's not forget the breakfast, which included a variety of healthy options to start our day off right.
All was great, no improvements needed.

My brother and I were in San Diego for my son's wedding. The hotel was in a perfect location for us and the spaciousness of a suite was ideal. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was always friendly and exceptionally helpful which really impressed us. The suite was also spotlessly clean! We will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was looking for an economical place for four of us to stay overnight near the San Diego Airport. Our one bedroom suite had 2 double beds and a sofa bed, as well as refrigerator and microwave, which worked out well for us. The complementary breakfast was very nice, with a very attentive employee assisting guests.
The only difficulty we had was with parking, as the spaces were small and, with many pillars in the garage, it was quite challenging to park.

Great value for money and spacious rooms. Convenient location near attractions and variety of restaurants. Kitchen was helpful for preparing meals.
Poor sound insulation, could hear sirens from nearby hospitals throughout the night. Uncomfortable beds made for difficult sleeping.

The cleanliness of the rooms and friendly employees. Very nice room colors and carpet.
It was nice to get a VIP pass to Bally's gym. However, I would love for a small room with a treadmill and bicycle to be located right at the hotel.

Martha! She was the brightest, happiest hostess at breakfast. Made our day! The space was great. The kitchen is big and useful however we did not get to use it. Would have liked to stay longer and enjoy all the facilities.
Didn't like the smell of the room but got used to it.

Great location near restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Spacious suite with a functional kitchen and comfortable beds. Convenient laundry facilities with clean machines and on-site change available.
Some noise from the surrounding area, particularly emergency vehicles. Limited food options available on-site, may need to order in or go out for meals.

Safe, clean, and near San Diego Art Museum, which is where we were headed. Lots of good restaurants nearby
Only a queen bed in a big suite?

My original plan was to rent a vacation rental but after the deposits it was out of my budget. I came across this hotel through Booked.net and It had everything I needed. Full kitchen, comfortable beds, excellant staff. Very clean. It is next to the hospital but we were not affected by outside traffic. I would recommend this hotel. The price is right and well worth what you get. Thank you Sommerset for making our vacation. It was a perfect compliment to our 4 days. I highly recomend and would stay there again.
More cocktail hour. It was nice to meet others and your staff was wonderful
